Creating More Value

Every enterprise exists to create value of some kind for its clients, customers, stakeholders or for society in general. This value may or may not be expressed in monetary terms. Irrespective of the type of value created, this value is an outcome of the activities of the enterprise. To create more value, leaders must shape how the Strategic, Operational and Tactical levels of activity are conceived, harmonized and managed:

  1. Strategy Level - the specific definition of the value proposition of the Enterprise
  2. Operating Model Level -the design and optimization of the operating model(s) to deliver the stated value proposition to stakeholders
  3. Tactical Execution Level -the execution of the operating model at the job performer level
